A lot of the same weapons are still the strongest, Teliths greatsword, Lemurian daggers/axe/spear black ice broadsword etc. Armors though right now for agility builds it's easily the Skelos Master Cultist. 40% agility bonus damage and 50% follower increased damage. For strength it's a toss up for what you want I think.

Katana- On Exile Lands use Musashis Black Blade for PvE and the Seven Winds for PvP. Both of the best katanas on Exile lands are farmed Legendaries which is bothersome. On Siptah, Sapping Blade is best if you have Prescicion Strike. If you don't, Seven Winds is better if it has an Oil of Agony on it.
